Choose from two finishes:
Plain Black Plastic – Classic, minimal design to match most bikes.
Carbon-Style Finish – A plastic mudguard with a carbon-fiber appearance for a more aggressive, premium look.
⚠️ Important Fitment Notice This is a generic rear mudguard that can be fitted to the Tuttio Soleil 01.
It cannot be mounted with screws.
Installation requires the use of zip ties to secure it in place.
Zip ties must be secured around the bar connecting the frame to hold it in place.
Made from tough plastic with a carbon-style pattern. Looks like carbon fiber, but isn’t real carbon fiber
Installation Steps:
Preparation
Place the bike on a stable stand.
Clean the swingarm and suspension area so the mudguard sits properly.
Position the Mudguard
Place the mudguard under the rear suspension, above the wheel, as shown in the picture.
Ensure the mudguard is centered and aligned to block dirt from reaching the suspension spring.
Attach with Zip Ties
Use the provided zip ties to secure the mudguard’s mounting tabs to the frame or swingarm (refer to the picture for positioning).
Thread the zip ties through the holes in the mudguard brackets and around the frame tubing.
Pull the zip ties tight so the mudguard does not shift.
Check Clearance
Make sure the mudguard does not touch the tire when the suspension compresses.
Verify it doesn’t interfere with the brake hose, chain, or wheel movement.
Trim Excess Zip Tie
Once secured, cut off the extra length of the zip ties for a clean finish.
