Why can't I track my order?

What happens if I order a pre-order item and an in-stock item together? Will they ship separately?

When you order something that's pre-order (not ready yet) and something that's in stock (ready now) at the same time, we'll send them all together in one box. This helps us save on shipping costs so we don't have to charge you extra. It also means we'll wait until everything is ready before we send your package.
