Order Processing Times
Regular (Non-Preorder) Items
All non-preorder items are typically processed within 1–7 business days. We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, however during high-volume periods, processing may take the full 7 business days.
Partner & Shop Store Items
Products fulfilled by partner brands or other shop stores are not guaranteed to be processed the same day or next day. Processing times for these items depend entirely on the partner’s internal capacity and fulfillment workflow. Many partners operate with limited bandwidth, and order backlogs may result in additional delays.
Partner-fulfilled orders are always split from Soleil Supplies inventory and are shipped separately directly by the partner. Processing and shipping timelines may differ from Soleil Supplies items, and delays caused by partners are outside of our direct control.
Preorders
Preorder items do not have a guaranteed ship date and may take an extended period of time to be fulfilled. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the item may take weeks or even months to ship depending on production timelines and availability. Updates will be provided when available, however delays are common with preorder items.
Shipping Times & Rates
Shipping time is in addition to processing time. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside of our control such as weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, or partner fulfillment timelines.
Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, including cases marked as vacant or unable to forward, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost. A new order must be placed with the corrected address to receive the items. Returned orders due to address errors cannot be reshipped.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address Policy
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, and the order originally qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. This deduction covers the cost incurred to ship the order to the address provided. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received.
10% Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned and refunded items. This fee is calculated based on the original purchase price and is deducted from the refund total.
The restocking fee helps cover costs related to return processing, inspection, sanitization, and repackaging.
Combined Orders With Pre-Order and In-Stock Items
Orders that include both preorder and in-stock items will be shipped together as a single order to avoid additional shipping charges. This means all items in the order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship. Any delays related to the preorder item will delay shipment of the entire order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
