Shipping & Orders

Standard shipping takes 7–10 business days within the US. Expedited options (3-Day Select, 2-Day) are available at checkout. Transit time starts from when your order ships, not when you place it. We typically process and ship within 1 business day.

The 3-Day Select service refers to 3 transit days after your order leaves our warehouse. We process and ship within 1 business day. The transit clock starts the day after pickup. If you have concerns, email support@soleilsupplies.com with your order number.

Yes! We ship to many countries. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country upon delivery. These are separate from our shipping charges and are the buyer’s responsibility — we’re not able to predict or cover them.

First, check around your property (mailbox, side door, garage) and with neighbors. If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@soleilsupplies.com with your order number. If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, we’ll file a claim with Shipsurance on your behalf.

We process orders quickly — email support@soleilsupplies.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships, but can’t guarantee it once fulfillment has started.

Returns & Defects

All sales are final. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact support@soleilsupplies.com with your order number, a photo of the item, and a description of the issue. If the item is unused and there’s a genuine fitment or product problem, we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis.

Email support@soleilsupplies.com with: (1) your order number, (2) a clear photo of the damage or defect, and (3) a photo of the outer packaging. We’ll review and make it right — usually with a replacement or refund.

Please check the product listing for compatibility before ordering. If you believe you received the wrong item, contact us with photos or a short video showing the fitment issue. All sales are final for correctly shipped items, but we’ll work with you if something went wrong on our end.

Plug & Play Surron Throttle

The Full Plug & Play Kit includes everything: the Sur-Ron display, throttle, wiring harness, and all connectors. No existing throttle needed — it’s a complete replacement.

The Adapter Kit is for riders who already have a Sur-Ron throttle and just need the Display & wiring adapter to connect it to their Tuttio. It does not include a throttle.

Not at this time. The harness is only available as part of the Full Kit or Adapter Kit.

E08 is a throttle connection error. Try these steps in order:

  1. Power cycle the bike: Turn the key off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
  2. Check every connector: Each plug must be fully seated and clicked in. A partially connected plug is the most common cause.
  3. Check the brake cutoff: If a brake lever is stuck pressing its sensor, it can trigger error codes. Make sure no lever is held in the pressed position.
  4. Inspect the connector pins: Look for any bent or damaged pins on the throttle-side connector.

Yes. Bent or broken connector pins are a defect. Email support@soleilsupplies.com with a photo and your order number and we’ll send a replacement.

Both are fully compatible with the Tuttio Soleil 01. The Metal version is more durable with a premium feel. ABS Plastic is lighter and more affordable. Both install plug-and-play.

Upgraded Fast Charger

The stock Tuttio charger is 2A. This one is 5A — roughly 2.5× faster. A full charge typically takes 2–3 hours instead of 5–6.

Yes. It’s designed specifically for the Tuttio’s battery specs and includes overcharge protection, over-voltage cutoff, and overheating protection.

Yes — it plugs directly into the same charging port. No adapters or modifications needed.

Brake Kits & Brake Levers

Rubbing usually means the caliper needs alignment. Loosen the caliper mounting bolts slightly, squeeze the brake lever to center the caliper over the rotor, then re-tighten while holding pressure. Spin the wheel to check. If the rotor is hitting the frame or bracket, confirm you ordered the correct mount size (190mm vs 220mm).

The 190mm mount works with the stock Tuttio rotor. The 220mm mount comes with an upgraded floating 220mm rotor for more stopping power and better heat dissipation. Choose 190mm to keep your stock rotor, or 220mm for maximum braking performance.

Yes, but installation must be done correctly — an improperly installed lever can cause the brake to engage constantly, which is a safety hazard. Make sure the folding spring mechanism engages correctly and the brake cutoff sensor is not stuck in the pressed position. Always test at low speed before riding. Fenders & Body Parts

Yes — both fit the Tuttio Soleil 01 and Yozma In-10 using our Metal Fender Adapter. When ordering, select Yes to include the adapter, or purchase it separately if you already have one.

Yes. The Talaria and Sur-Ron fenders don’t bolt directly onto the Tuttio or Yozma fork tabs. Our CNC-machined aluminum adapter bridges the gap. If it’s your first time ordering, select the option that includes it.

Our upgraded fenders use stronger, higher-quality plastic than the stock Tuttio fenders, which are known to crack easily. They’re built to handle normal riding and light off-road use significantly better.

Titanium Bolt Kits

Yes — all our titanium bolt kits use Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium. Significantly stronger than stock hardware while being lighter, with excellent corrosion resistance.

We offer kits for: Direct Mount (handlebar clamp), Triple Clamp (fork clamps), Controller Mount, and Controller bolts. To upgrade everything at once, the Full Titanium Kit covers all visible locations.

Seat Covers

The Guts Seat Cover is made by Guts Racing — a well-known motocross brand. It uses thicker, higher-grip material with better durability and feel. The standard upgraded seat cover is a more affordable option with a non-slip texture, a solid upgrade from stock at a lower price.

Installation involves removing the seat, stapling or gluing the cover to the foam base, and trimming any excess. Most riders finish it in 30–60 minutes with basic tools. Video guides are on our TikTok.
