Returns

We do not accept returns. All sales are final.


Refunds

Refunds are only granted under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your package was lost during shipping and confirmed as such by the carrier.

To request a refund, please contact us using the contact tab on our website. Include your order number and any relevant photos or documentation.

If eligible, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. A 5% cancellation fee will be applied to all unprocessed and unfulfilled orders.

Once an order has been processed and dropped off with the carrier for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address Policy

It's crucial to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or undeliverable address (e.g., "Vacant and unable to forward")

  • We will refund your order amount minus the original shipping cost. 
  • If original order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the original shipping fee from the refund amount. 

10% Restocking Fee

Please be aware that a 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returned and refunded items. This fee is a percentage of the item's original purchase price and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

This fee helps to cover the costs associated with processing the return, including inspection, sanitization, and repackaging the item for resale.
