1. Terms of Service
This website is operated by Soleil Supplies. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site.

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Product Information: We strive to display accurate product information, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Refunds are only granted under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your package was lost during shipping and confirmed as such by the carrier.
To request a refund, please contact us using the contact tab on our website. Include your order number and any relevant photos or documentation. If eligible, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. A 5% cancellation fee will be applied to all unprocessed and unfulfilled orders. Once an order has been processed and dropped off with the carrier for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address Policy
It's crucial to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address:
- We will refund your order amount minus the original shipping cost.
- If original order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the original shipping fee from the refund amount.
10% Restocking Fee
Please be aware that a 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returned and refunded items. This fee is a percentage of the item's original purchase price and will be deducted from your total refund amount. This fee helps to cover the costs associated with processing the return, including inspection, sanitization, and repackaging the item for resale.
3. Shipping Policy
Regular (Non-Preorder) Items
All non-preorder items are typically processed within 1–7 business days. We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, however during high-volume periods, processing may take the full 7 business days.
Partner & Shop Store Items
Products fulfilled by partner brands or other shop stores are not guaranteed to be processed the same day or next day. Processing times for these items depend entirely on the partner's internal capacity and fulfillment workflow. Partner-fulfilled orders are always split from Soleil Supplies inventory and are shipped separately directly by the partner.
Preorders
Preorder items do not have a guaranteed ship date and may take an extended period of time to be fulfilled. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the item may take weeks or even months to ship depending on production timelines and availability.
Shipping Times & Rates
Shipping time is in addition to processing time. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside of our control such as weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, or partner fulfillment timelines.
Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost. A new order must be placed with the corrected address to receive the items.
Combined Orders With Pre-Order and In-Stock Items
Orders that include both preorder and in-stock items will be shipped together as a single order to avoid additional shipping charges. This means all items in the order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
4. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect information necessary to process your orders, including name, email, shipping address, and payment details.
Data Use: Your information is used solely to fulfill orders, communicate with you about your purchase, and improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process payments and ship orders.
