These are some of the most affordable supermoto wheels available, making them the perfect upgrade for riders who want better street performance without spending a fortune.
Installation Instructions
Installing the wheels can be a little tricky the first time because the spacers must be placed on the correct sides to center the wheel and align the brake rotor and chain properly. Wheel spacers are used to keep the hub centered in the swingarm and ensure the brake rotor lines up with the caliper.
The spacers provided in your kit are 15mm and the washers are 2mm. To achieve the necessary lengths, you can use one of the existing 28mm spacers from the Tuttio bike along with the provided kit. Here is the breakdown for the installation:
Rear Wheel
- Rear right (30 mm): Use two of the spacers provided in the kit.
- Rear left (28 mm): Use the spacer from your existing wheel.
Front Wheel
- Front left (20 mm): Use one provided spacer along with three washers.
- Front right (15 mm): Use one provided spacer.
A few tips that usually help with installation:
- Make sure each spacer sits directly against the wheel bearing before sliding the wheel into the swingarm.
- The washers usually go on the outside, between the swingarm and the axle nut.
- Hold the spacers in place while sliding the axle through slowly from one side.
- Make sure the brake rotor slides inside the brake caliper before tightening the axle.
- Tighten the axle only after everything is lined up correctly.
